This Is SO GOOD....Ring Bread..on Pizza Stone
This is what you need:
Pizza stone
preheat oven 375
1 Can 14 oz. artichoke hearts
1 10oz frozen chopped spinach
1 cup 4oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 4oz feta cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 garlic clove pressed
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg white
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/2 cup red pepper chopped
In bowl combine artichokes,spinach,black pepper,mayo,garlic,feta cheese & mozzarella cheese ,red pepper- mix well.
Instead of making dough - for quick use I use 2 8oz refrigerated crescent rolls. You separate them into 16 triangles - slightly overlap them and make a circle - the points will extend off the edge of the baking stone.
Scoop filling on each triangle (I use an ice cream scooper size utensil) than take each triangle - the pointed end pull up and pinch - then when finished in a circle - brush with egg white and bake for 30 minutes.
